Mission Statement

The Whole CEO Foundation exists to make business education, accountability, and mental health support accessible to the entrepreneurs who are usually overlooked especially minority women and other under-resourced business owners.

We provide free and low-cost programs that help entrepreneurs move from “I’m trying to figure it out” to “I have a real, sustainable business,” while also caring for the person behind the brand. We believe a CEO is not whole if the business is thriving but their mental, emotional, and financial health are falling apart.

In short, our mission is to equip under-resourced entrepreneurs with the tools, community, and mental health support they need to become whole CEOs personally, financially, and professionally.

Vision Statement

We envision a world where talented entrepreneurs are not blocked by lack of access, where women, minority founders, and other underestimated CEOs have the same information, support, and mental health resources as anyone else.

Our vision is to build a nationwide network of “Whole CEOs”: entrepreneurs who are funded, educated, emotionally grounded, and leading businesses that actually sustain their lives, families, and communities.

Who We Serve

The Whole CEO Foundation is for entrepreneurs who:

• Are in the idea, early, or rebuilding stage of business

• Often feel like they’re figuring it out alone

• Have limited access to capital, coaching, or networks

• Are juggling life, family, work, and business dreams at the same time

• Want to build a business and stay mentally and emotionally healthy while doing it

We prioritize serving:

• Minority Women entrepreneurs

• Founders from low- to moderate-income backgrounds

• Creatives, service providers, and community-based businesses who are usually overlooked by traditional “startup” ecosystems
